I've had the pleasure of collaborating with Naomi Taplin from Studio Enti since 2020. During this time, I've designed and developed two websites that have helped evolve Studio Enti's brand to the stunning, minimalist identity it has today.
Studio Enti is a Sydney-based small-batch ceramic company that highlights Naomi's artistic vision. Naomi is a minimalist who strives for timeless elegance in her practice and works to showcase the natural beauty of porcelain. Her work is a perfect blend of simplicity and refined design.
Studio Enti offers a variety of products in two main categories: tableware and lighting, each with several subcategories. Creating a beautiful and reliable website that customers feel comfortable using and trusting when making purchases requires maintaining organisation and consistency across all products.
Developing the online store required migrating products from the old site to the new upgraded platform. We had to manage inventory, keep track of orders, and provide customer support throughout this transition. Developing an effective online store requires attention to detail and an understanding of ecommerce best practices.
To keep customers engaged, we implemented automated emails for abandoned cart reminders, order confirmations, and shipping notifications, with these systems in place customers are more likely to stay informed and connected.
Through the colaboration and development of the two websites we have evolved the brand identity to what it is today. The attention to detail has resulted in a stunning and reliable site for customers to buy from. I'm excited to continue working with Naomi and contributing to the growth of Studio Enti.
