After our call, I’ll outline the approach for your project — including scope, timelines, and investment.
You’ll receive a clear proposal and quote, so you know exactly what’s included and what to expect before we begin.
3. Plan
This is where we lay the groundwork. Together, we’ll organise your content, refine your goals, and create a visual roadmap for your site or brand.
We’ll gather references, inspiration, and any existing assets to guide the creative direction.
4. Design
Here’s where ideas take shape. I’ll explore layout, colour, type, and tone — presenting initial concepts and a moodboard that shows the potential directions we can take.
You’ll have a chance to review, give feedback, and refine until the design feels just right.
5. Build
Once the design is approved, I bring it to life.
For websites, that means building your site on the chosen platform (Squarespace or Wix), setting up structure, content, and responsiveness.
For branding, it means finalising assets, guidelines, and preparing files for print and digital use.
6. Launch
Everything comes together — tested, polished, and ready for your audience.
I’ll take care of the technical details (domain, SEO basics, and integrations) and ensure your launch feels effortless.
7. Support
You won’t be left on your own. I provide 30 days of post-launch support to ensure everything runs smoothly and training so you can confidently update and manage your site or assets.
